Yes. Under our current management model, Airbnb and short-term rental payouts go directly to the property owner. Lamoyne and Co. then sends a monthly invoice for the management fee and approved property-related expenses.

Property-related expenses such as cleaning, mowing, maintenance, repairs, supplies, restocking, and approved vendor charges are the responsibility of the property owner. These expenses are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lamoyne and Co. coordinates a basic cleaning once per month to help maintain the property. We also coordinate a deep turnover cleaning after each completed guest stay so the home is prepared for the next guest.

Yes. Each property owner is responsible for maintaining proper short-term rental insurance for their property. Lamoyne and Co. does not provide insurance coverage for owner-owned homes, guest claims, structural damage, personal property, liability coverage, or income loss related to the property.

No. Short-term rental income can vary based on market demand, pricing, seasonality, guest behavior, listing performance, maintenance issues, platform decisions, and other factors outside our control. Lamoyne and Co. does not guarantee revenue, occupancy, profitability, or mortgage coverage.
